These terms govern your use of https://gamerigci.com and any purchase you make from GameRigCi (“GameRigCi”, “we”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email, which is also when your card is charged. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We pay any sales tax due on your order ourselves; it is not added to your total. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay: Free Standard Shipping on orders $49+ (3–5 business days in transit) · Standard Ground $4.00 on orders under $49 (3–5 business days in transit). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit and debit cards only; we do not accept personal checks, money orders or cash on delivery. Your card is authorized and charged when your order is confirmed. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
Shipping, risk and title
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier; risk of loss passes to you when it is delivered. If a package arrives damaged, our Refund & Return Policy applies; if it is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. Product information
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. We may correct errors and change products or prices without notice.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent orders, and no posting of unlawful or infringing content in reviews.
Reviews and submissions
By submitting a review, photo or comment you grant GameRigCi a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the store. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images and trademarks belong to GameRigCi or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Warranties and liability
Every product is new and factory sealed and comes with the full manufacturer’s warranty. The term, what is covered and how to make a claim are set by the manufacturer; we do not offer a separate store warranty. Beyond the manufacturer’s warranty and the warranties implied by law, we make no other warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first at info@gamerigci.com; most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
